Simplified Issue Life Plan
|
Members aged 40 to 70 who are in good health may be able to gain coverage without a physical exam, by answering just a few questions.
Simplified Issue Life Plan cuts through the red tape
Members of National Catholic Society of Foresters aged 40 to 70 may qualify for the Society's new Simplified Issue Life Plan. If they do qualify, they may be able to eliminate several nuisances that often go with life insurance purchases. Wouldn't you like buying coverage with:
No visits by a medical technician, and so
No nasty needles for blood samples,
No endless medical forms to fill out.
The Simplified Issue Life Plan is the quickest, easiest way for members in the 40 to 70 age bracket to add supplemental coverage to their holdings, or to gain basic coverage of $5,000, $10,000 or $15,000, the three denominations available.
Health screening for life insurance couldn't be simpler. Applicants are asked these three basic questions:
Have you ever been treated for high blood pressure, heart trouble, stroke, cancer, asthma or diabetes?
Have you consulted a physician for injury or illness in the last five years?
Have you been diagnosed or treated by a member of the medical profession for any impairment of the immune system in the last five years?
If you can answer "no" to all three of these questions, you're probably home free in gaining peace of mind that comes with increased protection. No red tape.
Certainly many people in the 40-to-70-year age bracket will not be able to answer "no" to all three questions. After all, how many people go five years without seeing their physician? Most healthy people see their doctors for some ache or pain every year or so. And that alone is not likely to keep them from enjoying the ease of buying insurance through the Simplified Issue Life Plan. If you can offer a good explanation of your doctor visits, there's a good chance you will still qualify for the Simplified Issue Life Plan.
If some condition keeps you from qualifying for the Simplified Issue Life Plan, you and your NCSF agent can discuss other possibilities. One alternative, for example, might be an NCSF annuity, which does not require a physical examination.
National Catholic Society of Foresters has a rich tradition of offering members a variety of insurance plans that economically meet individual and family needs, as well as providing numerous benefits. The Simplified Issue Life Plan is just one of them. Ask your agent to explain them to you.
